Frescobol Sport for All” is a project which intends to introduce and
to promote this Brazilian Racket Sport in UK in partnership with other
Frescobol enthusiastic and promoters around the country. Our base and principal
focus is Plymouth (Devon)
therefore we aim to develop events all around Cornwall & Devon.
Frescobolis a very easy sport to learn. There is no restriction on age, weight,
height or gender and can be played by 2, 3, 4 or more players, so we can have
all the family playing together and having great fun keeping fit and healthy.
Frescobolis undoubtedly a team sport. As players improve
their techniques, the speed and strength of the strokes increases making the
transformation from a fun game to a radical, fluid and extremely competitive
sport.
So, summer is approaching fast creating the
opportune time to have fun, get some exercise and learn new skills. Instead of sitting
down eating a bag of crisps, pick up a racket and a ball and break into sweat
doing something healthy and fun with a taste of Brazil.
